About Longhorn

Longhorn is Barrow Hill Barns first luxury pod. Nestled in the rolling hills of the South Downs National Park. This secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst enjoying unspoilt 360-degree views of Barrow Hill Farm.

Longhorns domed design with wooden interior has a cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. The large outdoor roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing under the stars.

Just a short walk from the famous South Downs Way and other stunning trail. Longhorn is also a short drive to the historical town of Petersfield and the cities of Winchester, Chichester, and Portsmouth.

About the space

Longhorn is situated on a working farm, however in a secluded corner with minimal disturbance. It is accessible via car along a farm track which is suitable for most cars with a normal ground clearance.

Longhorn offers a king-sized bed, kitchen, TV, WiFi and separate shower and toilet. Towels, sheets and toiletries are provided. There is also charcoal BBQ for alfresco cooking and a luxurious outdoor roll top bath for romantic bathing under the stars.

Other things to note:

Longhorn is designed for those looking to escape the ways of normal life, this is why we do not allow children or pets of any size.

There are a number of factors as to why but mostly because as parents we felt it was somewhere to enjoy a couple of nights off from the home life.
